Does Dalo hold my money?
No. Customers pay your ABA Payment Link directly, so the money goes from their bank to your ABA account. Dalo creates the QR for the right amount and tells you when ABA shows it paid.
What do I need to start?
An ABA account with the ABA Mobile app and a USD Payment Link (you can create one in the app in a minute), plus an email address.
How fast does a payment show as paid?
The QR appears in about a second, and the payment shows as paid within seconds of the customer confirming in their banking app. Each QR stays open for 5 minutes by default (you can choose 1–30).
Can I use it without a website?
Yes. Create a payment in the dashboard and send the link in a chat. The page shows the QR and updates itself when it's paid.
Is Dalo an official ABA product?
No. Dalo works with the public Payment Link pages ABA provides to merchants. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with ABA Bank.
What happens if I go over my plan?
New payments pause until next month or until you upgrade. Everything you've already collected is yours; we never charge your customers.
